I ve been having a tingly sensation after I pee and today when I peed there was light pink blood on the toilet paper I ve been feeling sick and been urinating more frequently also my hunger when up extremely & ive been having bad lower back pains on and off plus uterus abdominal pains

From history it seems that you might be having renal or ureteric colicy pain giving rise frequency of urination and constant urge for urination.
There might be having renal stones or having urinary tract infection.
Go for,
1, routine urine check up,
2, ultra sound of kidneys for stones.
Meanwhile take some antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
