Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tingling and echo sound in the ear which could be due to wax buildup, injury to ear canal, Meniere's disease, and water bubble or infection of ear.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply hot dry compresses to external ear , keep it dry and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and discomfort. If this method doesn't work then consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may examine your ear with otoscope. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants. You can try hydrogen peroxide once to soften the wax .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
