Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation During Urination
Yeast infection or chlamydia? I was diagnosed with chlamydia on the 7th and took treatment of 2x pills starting with a? On the 8th. My symptoms were bright green chunky discharge, discomfort and stinging whilst urinating. My partner was treated also. We had protected sex within the first week and unprotected sex on day 7 of treatment. My symptoms fully cleared. Now I have some reaffirming symptoms but cannot get to the dr straight away. I now have irritation, itching and very chunky off white (light yellow) wet toilet paper like discharge. Where there is no discharge I am a lot less itchy (after a shower) but when there is discharge present in the area it s very itchy. There is no abnormal smell. I was also diagnosed and treated for BV about 3 months ago.
Based on the symptoms mentioned (white yellow discharge), you would likely have a yeast infection. This is also associated with itching as well.
Yeast infections can be treated with oral or topical medications. The main oral treatment would be fluconazole but there are a lot of topical options available with many of them found over the counter.
BV would normally be associated with a fishy odour.
I hope this helps
