Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Arms
I ve had tingling down my left arm and hands on and off for weeks. It s never in the morning and seems worse when I sit. I ve lost no strength but sometimes my fingers feel a bit stiff. Often there is a dull ache across my shoulders but never any pain. I do have two bulging discs in my lower back. Could it be related?

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.
For further assessment you may require MRI neck and nerve conduction studies after consultation.
For that you can take tablet multivitamin, tablet acetaminophen. You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.
Along with that continue Physiotherapy. Take balanced diet.
