Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Feet
My feet started tingling in the morning and they have been tingling more often throughout the day. I work seven days a week. I ve been smoking for the past two years. I used to be a vegan but I ve also not been eating healthy the last two years. I sit at my job five days a week. I stand at my job on the weekend. I am 38 and male.
Please don't get panicked by seeing the exhaustive list. I just mentioned all the possibilities. Your condition is mostly due to micronutrients deficiency and standing for a long period of time. For treatment take tab. Neurobion forte daily 1 for 3 months. Please check your fasting and post prandial blood sugars. Avoid sitting or standing in the same position for too long periods.
Have a nutritious diet that contains all micronutrients. If the sensations don't come down even with above treatment, you need to consult a neuro-physician for clinical examination and necessary tests to rule out other conditions i had mentioned above.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
