Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Right Hand

I recently have experienced waking up during the night and my hands are tingling (numb) my right more then my left. I had a shoulder injury that I ve worked on improving for the last couple of years- I dont have pain anymore just some soreness every so often - could it be damage from this injury?
