General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. I suggest using an anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to maintain the shoulder immobilized to prevent further damage.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
