Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation On The Hands
i punched a wall about 3 months ago and ever since that happened i have i tingling sensation almost a sharp burning feeling when done to much thats on the top of my hand when i rub up and down on my left hand towards the outside where my ulnar nerve would be. but i can move it around and it feels like my nerve is over laying over something else, because you can see the bump on my left hand and my right hand does not have that bump or neither can i move that same nerve around ..... idk what it could be i tried pushing it different directions to see if it can go back into place
First thing first, take an x-ray as it may help us understand that any old injury is the reason for the symptoms. As you punched the wall we need to see the anatomy of the bones and joint positioning.
Why don't you try doing triceps strengthening? I feel you having ulnar neuritis. By strengthening the triceps I feel the pressure from the never will be released and you should get relief of tingling sensations. Try strengthening the triceps for about 8-10 days and do report is any changes are seen.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello, First thing first, take an x-ray as it may help us understand that any old injury is the reason for the symptoms. As you punched the wall we need to see the anatomy of the bones and joint positioning. For tingling sensation as you mentioned it could be nerve entrapment anywhere in its course from the cervical spine to fingertip. Why don t you try doing triceps strengthening? I feel you having ulnar neuritis. By strengthening the triceps I feel the pressure from the never will be released and you should get relief of tingling sensations. Try strengthening the triceps for about 8-10 days and do report is any changes are seen. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
