Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Dizziness

I feel like by eyes and brain are bouncing. I recently upped my dose of baclofen to 2 tablets at a time, taken with tizanadin. Started getting dizzy one of the side effects. So decreased and no change. Ears are ringing and if I look up or down or sideways feel like am going to passout.

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tinnitus and dizziness which can be caused by many factors like stress , temporomandibular joint problem, ear fluid accumulation and due to increase blood pressure. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order certain test like audiometry, CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax buildup , middle ear infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medications. For now do mind relaxing exercises like meditation.
