Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having tinnitus and hearing loss problem since ten year, you have not mentioned any treatment has been done or not

Here underlying Otological causes has to be ruled out like tympanic membrane perforation, wax impaction, otosclerosis, Menier disease etc...

Work up done as follow ...
-Otoscopy ear examination
-PTA
-BERA like higher investigation if needed

According to cause specific treatment given

Hearing aid can be helpful if other management fails..

So first consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and decide whether it is sensorineuronal hearing loss or conductive and accordingly work up planned

Take care
