Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Sudden Deafness
Dear doctor, I am 60 years old, diabetic and a known case of Hypertension. Last week, I was diagnosed to be suffering from Tinnitus. All sounds echo in my left ear. Sometimes it is deafening. My doctor suggested Triptomer 10 mg Tabs + Meganeuron OD Plus Caps which I took for 4, 5 days. There was no improvement. Then, again my doctor has prescribed Tegrital CR 200mg + Meganeuron OD Plus Caps, which have not been helpful. Please suggest remedy as the symptoms are getting worse by day. Thanks & Regards. I understand your concern.
As per your history you should start taking alprazolam 0.5mg at night and in addition to that you should also start zinc supplementation in form of tablets.This will hopefully reduce your tinnitus.Moreover kindly consider consulting an ENT specialist as he might help you by getting some investigations done as some vascular tumors also causes tinnitus.Continue with the meganeuron tablets.you will be fine soon.
