General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would suggest you to visit an ENT specialist to get examined. The cause of ringing sensation in the ears can vary from ear infections to anemia. Therefore, it is better to get examined. Moreover, you must not use Fluticasone spray, unless prescribed by a doctor. It is a steroid, and if you have ear infection due to bacterial cause it will not be helpful. In addition, the congested feeling of head can be caused by sinusitis, both sinusitis and ear infection can occur simultaneously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef,
