Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.
As per your complain tiny bumps over the lips can be due to a number of causes like
Allergic reaction, viral infection causing cold sores [herpes], bacterial infection with infected or shared cosmetics,
sun blisters due to excessive sun exposure etc..
I would suggest you to
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests and culture and sensitivity tests to rule out the exact cause of problem and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now do cool compresses over the lips to relieve burning..
Take anti-allergics like Allegra or Levocetrizine..
Apply cooled aloevera gel over the lips for relieve..
Apply Calamine lotion for soothing the lips..
Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen and continue taking vitamin supplements..
Once diagnosis is confirmed then treatment can be done accordingly like antibiotics oral as well as topical for bacterial infection,
antiviral medicines like
Acyclovir for herpes and a combination of anti allergics and steroids for allergic reaction..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
