Suggest Treatment For Tiny Dark Freckles Behind Leg

Hi My 2 year old is fair skinned with brown hair and eyes. He has started to develop tiny very dark freckles. They re not anywhere that has been exposed to the sun. There are a couple on the back of his leg, on his scalp and at his groin, this area has never been in the sun and he always wears hats and sun cream outdoors. Is this ok? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, such skin appearance could be nonspecific and may not be due to any skin disease and it will be vanish soon, no need to treat such appearance, if this does not go away then you can try " Diphenhydramine lotion" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
