Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain if you had the symptoms of
tiredness and mouth ulcers immediately after the sexual encounter then it does not seems to be probably due to HIV..
As the symptoms of HIV can take for years to occur and does not occur so soon..
Secondly even sexually transmitted infections also have a lag phase that is the time duration of exposure to the infection and appearrence of symptoms..
So even it does not occur immediately and atleast 2 days are required for the symptoms to appear..
In case if the symptoms appearred after 2 days or more it can be due to
STD ad the ulcers can be due to
herpes virus infection causing
cold sores..
So consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture and
blood test can help in diagnosis and then only specific treatment can be done..
As of now you should do warm saline gargles and if there is pain gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
