well I had a spliff and then about half an hour later I feel exhausted and tired and then not long later I threw up the brown lumpy stuff, almost as if I had diarea, I think the spliff might have been spiked, do you have any understanding on what it could have been?

The spliff need not necessarily have been spiked to explain this kind of reaction. The tobacco content in the spliff can cause you to feel sick and throw up. This is especially common in people who are not regular tobacco users.
