Hello,

You are having nausea, you have developed sensitivity to smell, are having watery motion-diarrhea. You are also having headache and feeling thirsty all the time. You are suggested to stay away from stress & anxiety for a couple of days. Stay at rest and do not strain yourself, don't do any heavy work. Take boiled water after it has cooled. Take adequate water but not excess of it. Take soups and juice. You can take ORS if needed.

Headache commonly occurs due to constipation, dehydration, stress and exhaustion. Take enough fiber so that you are not constipated. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, do regular walking in the morning and evening. Your other symptoms are indicative of live dysfunction. Get clinically examined by a GP to detect or rule out enlarged liver. Get liver function tests done. If the reports do not show normal reports you will be accordingly treated.

In the meantime, take liver tonic to boost your liver. Take boiled food for a couple of days. Avoid fried food, trans fat, full fat dairy products, red meat, refined flour, carbs, etc. You should take well cooked whole cereals, berries, fruits, lean meat, veggies etc. Prefer to take cooked food over raw salads.

Get your blood glucose level checked to rule out developing diabetes. Take vitamin B syrup and nutritious food to get rid of tiredness. Take acetaminophen, one SOS when headache for relieve. Take liver tonics like Liv 52 tab/syrup to boost up the liver. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
