Suggest Treatment For Tissue Associated Urine

I have black "stuff" no other he word describes it in the toilet when I pee or wipe. It is not blood. It looks like tissue. What is it. I'm 44 and have 2 children and have seen alot of changes with my b ody over the years, nothing like this. Please, what is this?
