Suggest Treatment For Toe Infection

One of the options for a toe infection is antibiotics through a picc line. I have allergies to tape (all kinds)...what s an alternative? I currently work with children with autism. I provide transportation and community engagement for 3-4 hours at a time. One child is three and requires help in and out of the car seat as well as high activity care....will I be able to do this?
