Hi... Thanks for the query.... I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns... As per your complain it seems that along with tonsillitis that is either due to bacterial or viral infection there is also infection in sinuses leading to dizziness and head ache.. Blood in nose can be due to rupture of small blood vessels present in nose while vigorous snuffing the nose to clear it and also it can be from inflamed lining of the sinuses secondary to infection.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation followed by a nasal endoscopy or PNS view x-ray of the sinuses can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly. The physician can advise you to take antibiotics like Azithromycin or erythromycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen,, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations , saline nasal irrigation, steroid nasal sprays and using a humidifier in your room.Take ample of rest and drink plenty of warm fluids..
