thank you for your support sir i have feeling too much toothache i can t control this much pain when i taking medicines feeling good but the fact when dosage time over it will come again.so please i know want to know that which type of food i can avoid??
As per your complain it seems that you have a deeply infected tooth which has caused inflammation of the nerves and blood vessels present in the central portion of tooth in a small chamber known as Pulp..
When the infection reaches the pulp there is inflammation of the nerve fibres known as PULPITIS leading to severe pain..
In some cases the infection reaches below the root tips of the infected tooth and pus is formed as a result of infection and the pressure on nerve fibres due to pus formation can lead to pain..
I would suggest you to consult a dentist and get an x ray done and in case if the tooth is in condition that it can be saved you can get Root canal treatment done followed by antibiotics and painkillers..
If not tooth should be extracted..
As for now you can take higher painkillers like Tramadol to relieve pain but the permanent relief can be achieved only after proper treatment of the tooth..
Hope this information helps....
Thanks and regards..
