Welcome at HCM i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns... Based upon your the history you have provided in my opinion you should care about the rotator cuff injury. The pain which you are experiencing is most probably due to muscular sprain. All You need is to take rest and continue with your medications... Muscle injury doesn't evident on x ray, you need to get MRI for it. But again you have to give at least two weeks of complete rest to your affected muscle in order to accelerate the healing process. Get well soon Regards Dr saad Sultan
