Suggest Treatment For Torn Rotator Cup

thank you I had brushed a little to hard against my building corner when throwing out the trash, somehow I tore the muscle on my front arm from shoulder to elbow oh my does it hurt I had just had a Mri for a torn rotoary cup now both arrears are hurting very bad and the Dr. only read the Mri for the cup not the muscle thow he mention the muscle right away. should I get a x-ray for the muscle or what He never mention it. i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns...
Based upon your the history you have provided in my opinion you should care about the rotator cuff injury. The pain which you are experiencing is most probably due to muscular sprain. All You need is to take rest and continue with your medications...
Muscle injury doesn't evident on x ray, you need to get MRI for it. But again you have to give at least two weeks of complete rest to your affected muscle in order to accelerate the healing process.
