Suggest Treatment For Traces Of Blood In Urine

I have traces of blood in urine half way up ph strip, green in colour. have been very fatigued for 3 days, went for a walk this afternoon had to stop with sharp lower back pain and had to walk back very slowly, I am starting to be concerned as im quiet tough, not to much stops me

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The first investigation you have to do is urine routine microscopic examination.

Acute urethritis, urinary tract infection, stone, any growth, cystitis, glomerulonephritis, etc. are some causes.

If needed urine culture and USG pelvis and abdomen can be done for further work up accordingly to need.

If infection is present than antibiotic course prescribed. Consult urologist for examination.
