Suggest Treatment For Trigeminal Neuropathy

I have tingling & numbness, sensory only, in the maxillary branch of the trigeminal nerve on the left side of my face for almost 2 months now.. I have been to my primary doctor and have had a ton of bloodwork, an MRI of the brain and to an ENT. All tests came back negative. I also went to the dentist and had an abcess in my upper tooth on the same side of the numbness. I had a root canal 2 weeks ago, but nothing has changed. My question is, if it was from the tooth or truly has no underlying cause, is there any treatment? Is a trigeminal neuropathy something that usually goes away? Or do you suggest I have any further testing and if so, what? Thank you!
