Suggest Treatment For Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Hello My dearest friend in Israel has an Advanced ( metastatic) triple negative breast cancer. The last hope was to get a medicine called Lynparza which is not in Israel. It sounds like she needs an American Oncologist to see her and prescribe. She will pay for the Medication. How do we do it when she cannot fly to the US due to her health. Is there a way for an oncologist to make an appointment via the computer and prescribe it? I can hop on a flight and bring it to her within 2 days. How can we do this? What do we need to do ???? Hate to think this med is sitting on the Pharmacy at Walmart and my friend can be truly benefiting from it and red tape is holding her from getting it! Thanks for a fat reply
