I can sleep at night at all i try hard to do so but i cant.. I am a trainer i do lot of workout all day and at evening i feel tired but still when i am on bed i cant sleep... I try to but dont know why i cant sleep then i start using my phone and till morning i do so and thn at 5 am i leave fot gym and when i come back from gym at 9am i feel very sleepy... But why not in night.. Help me
I will suggest you to stop using any electronic gadget after 8 pm. Do not take any tea or coffee at night. Do yoga and meditation. This will help you to have good sleep.
