Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis Of The Lymphatic Glands

I have gland tb.i live in nepal in a village and the doctors are not good.i m talking injections and medicines from 1 month but there r no symtoms of curing. My doctor cuts the wound little little everyday.... is it correct? When will it be cured? Please help me

Lymphatic glands - if not scrofula- may subside as the treatment effects. If pyogenic scrofula, then drainage has to be done.
Treatment will go for about an year continuously.
