Suggest Treatment For Tumor In My Breast

hello! I am 18, healthy petite workout about twice a week and my medical history is a bit spotty ive had a benign tumor in my breast, got my tonsils and adenoids removed and my nose tissues shrunken then emergency throat surgery when my scab fell off to early and i swallowed wayyy to much blood. But anyways this doesnt have much to do with my surgeries, this pain has been here since yesterday but then it was very mild just annoying but i woke up at about 5am today because the pain got much worse and i could barely breath. the symptoms were this strange deep pain in my abdomen only on my right side, it was dull until i tried taking a deep breath, during the breath i can feel the pain moving up till it reaches my throat and it stops me from completing the breath, now i have to take about 4 shaky breaths to get 1 good one. it started on my right side of my stomach so i could only lay on my left side or tummy to breath better

1.There is nothing much to do with the breast issue in this case.
2.Thes symptoms more towards abdominal pain according to me - by your symptoms.
3.If aim your treating doctor, i would ask for an ultrasound abdomen pelvis - which will rule out many causes which would cause such pain ( kidney stones / gall bladder stones / gallbladder inflammation / pancreatic problems)
4.After that a chest x-ray for further evaluation.
5.comming to your breast lesion - suggest a followup scans.
