My mother starting using hcg 2 years ago. At the time, she also had fibroids in the uterus. These fibroids were shrinking post menopause. Today, her scans show a very large and aggressive tumor in her uterus. I'm wondering if the hcg might be the cause of this tumor?

It is likely to increase the tumor if it is already present..
The tumor needs through investigation like ultrasound to know the nature.
Discuss with your gynecologist about what has to be done regarding the tumor and the necessity to continue HCG.
