Suggest Treatment For Tumor On Left Kidney

I was told by the VA on Thursday that I have a tumor on my left kidney. It was discovered incidentally on a ct scan. I have been referred to outside urologist. What can I anticipate, and what kind of time does this take before I have to do something?
