Suggest Treatment For Twisted Knee That Causes Discomfort While Walking And Sitting

Twisted my knee over 4 weeks ago by running in house and turning sharp corner. Discomfort bending, walking, sitting, squatting. Saw primary doctor over a week ago. She examined by manipulation both leg and knee. Doesn t know what exactly it is. Prescribed meloxicam 7.5 mg for 2 weeks. No visible swelling. What did I do?

if u still experiencing the pain there could be the probability of ligaments damage around the knee
you need knee stabilised and supported. it's better to have orthopedist consultation to rule out the ligament damage.
