Suggest Treatment For Typhoid And Acute Gastrointestinal Problems

my son 16 was affected from typhoid with accute GE problem (ie diarrhea situation going 10-15 times latrine) from 30/8/ to 11/9/2016now he has to go to school his ultrasound done on 10/9 shows enlaged lever, spleen and GB what food he should take now can he take chapti with milk . what other precaution he shuld take

Kindly mention investigation that has been done for typhoid

IG M positive status confirm typhoid or culture is beneficial...

Here for typhoid prescribed drug like cefixime taken for ten days

After completing course of antibiotics fecal examination done again..

Give him small meals with frequent interval

Outside foods and non veg not taken

Fruits juices given more

Boiled egg, boiled chicken can be taken with high protein diet

If you are not improving than resistance to antibiotic might be cause and other Antibiotic like azithro might needed
