Suggest Treatment For Ulcer On Left Side Of Tongue

I have a tongue ulcer, at the end of tongue left side. If I take B compex fort, within a day of two there is loose motion. I have started taking Bifilac capsules, doing gargles and using anticeptic gel like zytee but their is no remedy ? what to do ? Pain continues

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain it seems that you have an apthous ulcer and the treatments that you are taking are fine and you have to continue with the treatment for at least for 8 to 10 days and in case if you still do not find relief you will have to take a course of steroids as the ulcers which do not resolve by other treatments are finally treated with steroids..
As of now you can also take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl can be relieving..
Soda bicarb gargles can also help..
Suck on ice pops for relief..
