I am a 27 year old woman. I have developed an ulcer on inner lip since one week. It is painful n irritating and one of my sharp teeth is always touching the ulcer making it worse. I have applied zytee gel but no visible improvement is seen. Please suggest me what to do.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ulcers in the inner lip which is mainly because of herpes simplex virus infection i.e symptoms of cold sore and due to lowered immunity of body.
Need not to worry about it. Visit oral physician once and get complete oral examination done. Take proper course of antibiotics and steroid after prescription. Avoid pricking it. Cover skin while exposure to sunlight. Drink lots of water and fluids to rehydrate body. Use antiviralointments such as rich in acyclovir. Avoid intake of sharp and spicy food.
