Sir I had a homosexual oral sex 2weeks back..now I have an ulcer on gum inner aspect in the area of 3rd molar..but I hav history of aphthous ulcer on and off..ulcer is small painless..miniml pain on pressing only ..I consulted an ent surgeon and he told it's aphthous ulcer only
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ulcers on the gums which seems to be aphthous ulcers due to improper oral hygiene and improper hygiene of genitals. Need not to worry. I would suggest you avoid eating hot and spicy food. Apply orabase gel on sores and take diet rich in multivitamins. Drink plenty of fluids. Do warm saline rinses several times a day. Consult oral pathologist for proper diagnosis to find out if there is any underlying disease which can be responsible Doctor may order blood test to find out the exact cause and can start treatment accordingly.
