My baby girl is 1.10 months now. She is having umbilical hernia which was visible only after her 6 months of age. Doctors said that it will get cured within 1st birthday. But still it is there. May i know whether there is any remody for it except surgery.

Hi,

If it has not yet reduced of its own then it is better to go for surgery, if it is big enough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
