My father suffering with umbilical hernia he need surgery but he has psoriasis in the place of back side where the doctor have to inject.doctor is saying that if injected through psoriasis virus may get inside the body and make the brain effect was it true

Lumbar puncture should not be performed in a damaged skin or with infection, as the infection can get into the brain. Anyway, psoriasis is an auto-immune disorder, not related to a virus. You should discuss with his doctor on this issue.
