Suggest Treatment For Undescended Testicle

I want to clarify about my testicles that the left side is lower than the right side having some loose skin also basicaly some nerve types stuff in that as compared to right side which only have testicle....is this a problem to get consulted....answer asap plz

I understand your concern.
Undescended testis could be struck anywhere along the path of its descent due to birth anamoly. Most commonly it would have been struck in inguinal canal. Hence the scrotum on the respective side remains empty.
It needs to be explored by means of ultrasound scan of the abdomen to know where it is struck. Then it needs to be removed by surgery. If left alone, there are chances that it could turn cancerous.
Regarding fertility issues, you can get your Semen analysis done. Kindly consult Surgeon with the report for appropriate evaluation and management.
