Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of uneasiness in the stomach Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like
- intolerance to dairy products or other food items - eating too fast - overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel - giardiasis - constipation - irritable bowel syndrome
Need not to worry. Avoid doing strenuous exercises. Avoid intake of outside food. I would suggest you to avoid food like dairy products , drink warm water. You should do light exercises and eat light and non spicy food. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory .
