A unilateral headache is associated with migraine pain. In migraine pain is also throbbing in nature. Nausea, intolerance to bright light, intolerance to loud noise etc can be associated. For a migraine, Rizatriptan tablet can be prescribed by your doctor. You should consult a physician for examination and for checking your blood pressure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
