Hello, I have been diagnosed with unstable angina, lately I have becomde very short of breath when in bed I actually waken up short of breath. I am 76 years of age,live in Glaasow Scotland, can t walk very far without having to stop and rest. I take a nitroligual spray for my angina, also have an inhaler.can you help. Madge
