Hello,
You have been getting unusual delusions. It's not a common symptom. An imbalance of certain chemicals in your brain, called
neurotransmitters, has been linked to the formation of delusional symptoms. Delusions occur in the following conditions:
1) Delusional disorder
2) Schizophrenia
3) Alcohol abuse
4) Stress
5) Substance abuse
6) Psychological factors like social isolation, distrust, suspicion and low self esteem
The treatment is as follows:
1) Psychotherapy by a psychiatrist or a clinical
psychologist includes cognitive
behavioral therapy, individual therapy and family focused therapy
2) Antipsychotic drugs like
Chlorpromazine, Haloperidol, Quetiapine, Clozapine
Please do
consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
