Hello :

Thank you for trusting HCM

many causes for chest pain divided into cardiac causes like acute MI, Pericarditis, unstable Angina, Aortic dissection etc...

Noncardiac causes like GERD, acute esophageal spasm, hiatus hernia, herpes zoster, pleurisy, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia etc..

First we need to rule out cardiac causes by ECG, echo, cardiac enzymes, angiogram. For your case it is like acute gastritis with gerd.

Please take tab. Razo-d with empty stomach
Tab. Simethecone 80mg twice a day
Avoid alcohol, and carbonated drinks

Please consult your doctor immediately to rule out cardiac causes of chest pain.

Thank you
