Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain And Back Pain

Upper abdominal pain radiates around ribs into back. Started As chest pressure 11/18. Sent to ER CARDIAC ENZYMES AND STRESS ECHO stable (hx bicuspid valve). Day after ER LYMPHEDEMA INTO ARMPIT And breast from bp cuff every 15 mins for 8 hours. Since then pain mid back around ribs and upper abdomen on left. Tx for pleurisy on day 7 of 9 day taper dose of Prednisone. 60 40 20mg. No improvement. Feels like fullness and ache. Worse with standing. No fever constipation etc. heating pad helps some.

Regarding your symptom of upper abdominal pain radiating to the back as well as around the ribs with fullness following no improvement with medication I am suggesting that you have developed a peptic ulcer disease

In view of this please do the following test
Barium meal
Endoscopy

Please take any of the following gestid suspension tablet cimetidine omeprazole

If no improvement in symptoms please schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical evaluation and expert management
