General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For relieving you can take Spasmol, Antacids, PPI's like Pantoprazole, stay well hydrated, avoid constipation. However, you need to get physically examined & evaluated for indigestion & abdominal pain are indicative of developing ulcers, gallstones or pancreatitis.

Avoid taking oily-spicy junk food. Stay away from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
