My mother is having upper abdominal pain. She is not digesting her food and not finishing a meal. She had to vomit after the dinner meal I prepared tonight. I prepare healthy meals and small portions. I make her organic smooth move tea. She eats alot of veggies steamed and roasted. I prepare kale smoothies with green apples, pineapples and bananas. She eats oatmeal for breaks fast. I am concerned as she is 89 yrs old.
