Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain While Travelling
I am on travel. Sometimes, I feel a gastric sort of pain in upper abdomen. I usually get that on eating some foods. But this time, without any such food, I feel it. I am afraid whether I am having heart attack. So, can I just take an aspirin (Since it is a blood thinner) for 15 more days until I reach my home back?

As per your history, it may be due to motion sickness.
For that you can take tablet cinnarizine after consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen, tablet Ranitidine.
Don't take heavy food before travelling. In case of nausea you can take tablet ondensetron.
