Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain With Headache

Hi iv been getting pains just above my stomach near to my chest for the past 2 days. Everytime I get these pains I feel sick but it comes and goes throughout the day. At the same time I have headaches and can t eat much throughout the day. Feel extremely exhausted and Iv just finished my period so I don t think I m pregnant. But I don t know.. :/

its better to write your age.
the pain can be mostly due to gastro esophageal reflux which is common feature for retrosternal and epigastric pain.
for that you can take ranitidine and proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole.
