Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain
Hello, I have ache in my upper stomach started today. It seemed to happen randomly in its own, but more often when I started eating. I have been taking dayquil/nyquil severe for the past 3 days, sometime I took it with in emtpy stomach. But I never exceeded the recommended amount of dosage. Should I be worried and need to seek medical help immediately??? Thank you.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or
Aceclofenac for pain relief. It is unlikely to be due to NyQuil.
