Hello welcome to the health care magic

Simple functional indigestion also can lead abdominal pain

If fever, diarrhea etc associated than gastroenteritis cam be possibility

Symptomatic management done just now

If needed pantoprazole like antacid tablet can be prescribed

Avoid gastric irritants like excess tea, coffee stress, smoking etc

Drink lots of water and fruits more

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult physician for examination and discuss your case
